4 products in this series
Four children’s items with cavity-protection positioning and grape, orange-mint, strawberry-mint and apple-mint flavours, including an age-designated variant.
Buyers building a children’s shelf, where age labelling and fluoride content drive the decision.
This series currently lists 4 items. The worksheet below applies to whichever of them you select.
| Group | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Cavity protection | The core children’s position in this group |
| Age-designated | An item carrying an age designation in its name |
| Fruit flavours | Grape, orange mint, strawberry mint and apple mint |
Tube, usually a smaller volume. Confirm the net content and the age statement, because those two fields drive most of the labelling work on a kids’ pack.
An item name alone does not tell you what will be on the pack. Work through the fields below for each item you select, and ask us to confirm the value of each one before production starts. Fields left as "to confirm" are exactly that: not yet fixed.
| Field | What to establish |
|---|---|
| Product reference | The exact item name from the product list above, plus our reference for it |
| Declared net content | The net content you want on the pack, to confirm per item |
| Fluoride status | Whether the item contains fluoride, and the declared level, to confirm per item |
| Flavour and paste appearance | The flavour profile and the paste colour you expect |
| Abrasive system | The abrasive used, if your market requires a value on the pack |
| Tube or bottle volume and cap | The container format, volume and closure you want across the range |
| Retail carton | Carton dimensions, board grade and barcode placement |
| Shipping carton | Cartons per shipping unit, packed dimensions and gross weight |
| Labelling language | The languages required for your market and the warnings that apply |
| Batch and date marking | The batch code and date format you need printed |
For the documents that accompany an order, see our quality control documentation guide. For the wider quoting process, start with how to compare quotation scope, and for the physical check before the container is sealed use the pre-shipment inspection checklist.
That is set by your destination market, not by the factory, and the rules differ. Tell us the market and the age group you are targeting, and we will confirm what the specification sheet states for the items you select so you can check it against those rules.
The age wording is a labelled field and has to match your market’s requirement. Raise the exact wording you need before artwork rather than after, because it changes the front-of-pack layout.
Flavour is a formulation and marketing choice, and suitability depends on your market and the age group. Compare the flavour field of each item against what you intend to sell.
Yes, and for a kids’ range it is common, because a variety pack often performs better than a single flavour. Mixed-SKU order planning is covered in its own guide on this site.
